What should happen after someone clicks your ad?

Connect the ad message, visitor needs, and a sensible next action on the landing page.

Keep the message consistent

When an ad offers a particular service, its destination should explain that same service promptly. The headline, benefits, and main action should feel like a continuation of the message that brought the visitor there.

Describe the offer clearly

Visitors need to know what they receive, who the service suits, and what happens after contacting the business. Scope information reduces uncertainty before the first conversation.

Choose a primary action

Consultations, bookings, and downloads have different requirements. Choose an action appropriate to the visitor’s decision stage and write a call to action that explains it.

Reduce unnecessary form friction

Ask only for data needed for the first step. Use visible labels, appropriate input types, understandable error messages, and a clear explanation of data use.

Build trust from facts

Use verifiable business identity and information. Do not add customer logos, testimonials, or results without permission and evidence. Clearly label illustrative concepts.

Review quality as well as volume

Form submissions alone do not establish success. Examine enquiry relevance, team responses, and later outcomes. Agree on the conversion definition before starting an experiment.
